Objectives

  • Creation of a multifunction, traffice and lounge area for the new R&D Center of the US fmcg producer Procter & Gamble Co.
  • Protection of the patio from direct solar irradiation: no sunspots, no hard shadow, no sun reflexes
  • Creation of a pleasant light and room climate, even at sunshine perfect light colour, high illuminance, low energy consumption
  • The view was to be maintained

Solution

  • Entirely with louvre-glas-elements vitriefied patio
  • Consistent distribution of lightness for the illumation of the patio and adjacent task areas
  • The micro louvre forms a subtle fence structure which allows unobstructed views to the north
