The luminaire has three main components; reflector, mounting ring and gearbox unit. The separate gearbox of the luminaire can be mounted loose or hung in the ceiling void. For ceiling thicknesses between 5 to 25mm. Installed without tools. Installation depth = fitting depth. Visible diameter 230mm.

Gearbox with low-loss (p.f. corrected), high frequency electronic control gear or 1-10V high frequency dimming gear. Connection via 3 pole terminal block max. 2,5mm² cable suitable for looping connections. Various electrical connections e.g. separate switching, plug/socket connections or emergency light if requested. Unit dimensions remain the same irrespective of lamp/gear arrangement.

Highly specular reflector made of pure aluminium (99,98%) (semi-specular on request). Horizontal lamp orientation with extreme wide beam light distribution. Complies with BAP60/Cat.2 with add-on kit cross baffle or turbo louvre.
