The luminaires of the Siteco® Louvre Luminaire M family are suitable for nearly all conventional ceiling systems with their low housing depth of only 56 mm. Housing dimensions are designed to attain optimal light output ratios with use of efficient T16 lamps with electronic control gear as standard. Light distribution is via CAT 2 specular louvres of light output ratio-optimised aluminium (MIRO®), or for wider distribution via a conventional matt anodised aluminium louvre. Louvres are installed without tools.

Housing and cover between the louvres of sheet steel, pure white (similar to RAL 9010) | the louvre is installed without tools and fixed into luminaire housing with catches; it is secured with safety retaining cords and earthed for protection even when hinged downwards | louvre and cover between louvres have common frame as single assembly

If for recessing only the intermediate cavity exactly above the ceiling cut-out is available, required mounting dimensions are MT≥ 25cm
If the ceiling cavity to the sides of the ceiling cut-out can be used for recessing (e.g. if no support rods exist as part of the ceiling construction), the required minimum mounting dimension is MT_min= 17cm
