The Siteco SQ luminaire family, future-proof in design, made of aluminium and featuring innovative technology. A reference standard wherever and whenever optimal night lighting is needed.
Its avant-garde design makes the SQ streetlight something very special. There is good reason why its form borrowed from nature reminds of a turtle shell: robust, moderate and durable as this turtle shell also is the luminaire's enclosure. Developed in analogy with the biomorph tendencies in contemporary architecture, the SQ aluminum streetlight has set terse accents in modern town planning.
The aerodynamic design minimises the wind catching surfacew of SQ luminaires. The CW figure of the SQ housing with flat glass is approx. 0.21, with domed glass approx. 0.24, and with bowl approx. 0.29 - that ,matches an aircraft, racing car or a sports car. This streamlining makes it possible to use slimmer and thus substantially lowercost masts.
Siteco SQ200 is the shortest model in the class up to 600W. Through its design and the flat, wide housing, the luminaire appears bigger the higher it is mounted. This makes way for an extremely wide variation span. The small SQ50 still looks well proportioned next to a mast of 6 m, while the big SQ 200 can be mounted as low as 6 m without looking massive.
