As a part of the transition to new owners Barclays Private Equity, the executive leadership of Siteco Lighting consists of four persons from 01.10.2007. Under the chairmanship of the present director Andreas Schütte, Ralf Wohlleben (Finance), Klaus-Peter Siemssen (Sales and Marketing) and Günter Striegel (Manufacturing and Logistics) have been additionally appointed.

Even after the change of ownership, Siteco still places emphasis on strategy continuity.  In the past years Siteco has established itself as a leading manufacturer of innovative lighting solutions for indoors and outdoors and as an international specialist for project competence. After the successful extension of business interests in the European core market and entry into the Asian market, a continual internationalisation for the future is of prime importance.

A further core task is the continuing optimisation of the product spectrum and added value processes. With the successful centralisation of manufacturing and development capabilities to the Traunreut Headquarters (integration of Vienna and Maribor manufacturing sites) and the consequent investments in Traunreut, an important step was made to secure the competitiveness of the whole Siteco group.
