Ingo Susemihl (50) has accepted the position of Siteco Sales & Marketing Manager as of 1st January 2010, and will thus become a member of the Siteco Executive Management. Mr Susemihl succeeds Klaus-Peter Siemssen and reports directly to the CEO, Klaus-Günter Vennemann.

With Susemihl, the company has won a technically skilled and experienced manager who has many years' experience in the lighting sector. With a degree in Physical Engineering, the father of two was employed from 1992 to 1997 at Siemens Lighting Technology in Traunreut as Group Manager for Lighting Development and Head of the Louvre Luminaires production unit. 

In 1997 he moved to Siemens AG in Munich, where he led various corporate projects for Siemens' executive management. From 2000 to 2008 he worked at Infineon Technologies AG, his last position being Head of Sales and Marketing of the Chip Card & Security IC's business unit. During the last two years Susemihl was General Manager and Head of the Lighting Business unit at Arnold & Richter Cinetechnik GmbH & Co KG.

Ingo Susemihl is keen to support Siteco's global growth plans. "I look forward to this exciting challenge, to which I am able to bring my long-term international experience in the areas of strategy development and implementation as well as extensive know-how in this sector," said Susemihl. "My aim is to bring the company forward through continual expansion of its international business, and to actively assist in the creation of new product innovation."
