The recessed luminaires of the Novaluna® family are equipped either with ELDACON® or HDP® light control systems. The microprismatic structures create homogeneous, glare-free light distribution. The balanced contrast creates a pleasant atmosphere and illumination that complies with current standards for computer screens, independent of the arrangement of luminaires within the room. These characteristics qualify the luminaire for use within rooms having high demands for glare reduction (with ELDACON®: UGR < 16; with HDP®: UGR < 19). The especially flat luminaires (recess depth only 28mm) have T16 lamps for high light output ratios

High-grade prismatic structures make the Novaluna® an exceptionally ergonomic and flexible task luminaire. ELDACON® technology represents an optimal restriction of reflected and direct glare and is especially suitable for the lighting of VDU screen workplaces according to prevalent standards

Siteco has developed High Definition Prismatics (HDP®) for spaces with high glare restriction requirements (UGR values less than 19). The Novaluna® family incorporates this technology. Novaluna® with HDP® technology is for example suitable for communications areas, libraries, catering areas, waiting zones as well as classrooms and lecture halls.
