FEATURES

Vega® is the design luminaire range for office areas. As a cord-suspended luminaire, ceiling surface-mounted or installed to system tracks, the luminaire impresses in all mounting situations with a transparent, modern design and good quality of light.
Prismatic structures exclusively developed for Siteco ensure that directives for office applications regarding uniformity and glare reduction are complied with. In addition, the Vega® is also suitable for illuminating computer screen workstations.
In terms of appearance, the Vega® sets accents with its purist design. In switched-off state, the light-guiding prismatic plate with a height of only 6 mm is practically transparent. A decorative specular strip in the centre is an appealing design element. This enables the luminaire to blend harmoniously into a wide variety of sophisticated surroundings.

FUNCTIONS

Luminaire in various versions:
Luminaire with DALI interface: for manual operation (ON/OFF/dimming)
Luminaire with DALIeco and presence and daylight sensor: for fully automatic operation (sensor-controlled ON/OFF/constant brightness) or manual operation (ON/OFF/dimming) via commercial push buttons (push button interface) or comfort remote control | luminaire operates as master, a wired connection of further DALI luminaires (up to a total of 32 ECG DALI) possible via two DALI outputs | output DALI1 and DALI2 with settable dimming difference (window-corridor) | master luminaire as 'window' luminaire, slave luminaires either as 'window' or 'corridor' luminaire | connection of further presence sensors (to a total of 4) possible via DALI1 or DALI2 | various modes can be set and configured with the commissioning remote control (e.g. control of daylight, lighting level, presence detection, deactivate automatic switch-off, set various standby values) | delay time 1s…60min

LIGHTING TECHNOLOGY

New, patent-registered lighting technology exclusively developed for OSRAM/Siteco consists of light-guiding plastic plate with precisely calculated and configured prismatic structures with uniform light impact over the complete light emission surface | With light refraction on the prisms, one light component is separated upwards as the indirect light component, or guided downwards at an angle of > 40° as the direct component; (light distribution direct/indirect: 62:38) | luminaire plate with light-proof, reflective edge for total reflection of the light not yet coupled out
Optional mounting platform of highly reflective material for light distribution with higher direct component (70:30);
Standard-compliant lighting according to EN 12464-1; UGR≤16(L65≤ 1500cd/m²)

Rapid advances in LED technology lead to permanent improvements in energy efficiency. This has the consequence that the luminous flux or power consumption may change accordingly. The current values can be found in the photometric report of each product and in the current download files of the lighting planning data.
