The iQ ECG of each luminaire calculates an artificial midnight based on the power-on time of the last 7 nights. For the system to work correctly, the luminaires must be switched off during the day via the main phase. The first time it is switched on, the night lasts 8 hours and the night set profile starts 4 hours before the artificial midnight. For each subsequent night, the system measures the actual switch-on time and continuously adjusts the artificial midnight. After seven nights, the value is set and continuously updated - ideal for summer and winter time.
