Talum is known for their excellent service and high-quality aluminum, suitable for the most demanding applications. To create the best experience for their customers, SITECO was chosen as a lighting partner. 

As this is an industrial environment with a ceiling height of 6m, with a recommended lux-level of 300lux, the Licross Protected high output with a length of 1500mm with IP64 was used with a wide lighting distribution to meet all lighting level standards.

It was important for Talum to make use of their natural daylight coming into the facility from the ceiling. At the same time, there was a demand for flexibility which made the Licross trunking solution with lighting management the perfect solution. With daylight control, Talum is able to save up to 30% on energy costs, and the sensors are easily integrated in the trunking. This, in combination with the motion detection, gives only light when it’s needed provides an additional 70% savings.
